NANJOL: Honoring Tradition, Crafting Excellence.
Founded in 2012, NANJOL was born in Maotai Town, the sacred land of Chinese sauce-aroma baijiu. Rooted in tradition, we are dedicated to preserving and perfecting the art of baijiu making, using time-honored techniques to craft spirits of exceptional quality.
Our baijiu is made from carefully selected Red Sorghum, Wheat, and Pure Water from the Chishui River, following the renowned 12987 brewing process. Through natural fermentation and years of aging, each drop embodies the essence of time, delivering a golden hue, rich aroma, and smooth, lingering finish.
NANJOL offers a distinguished collection, including NANJOL Signature, NANJOL V30, NANJOL Premium, and NANJOL Collector’s Edition, each capturing the depth and complexity of authentic sauce-aroma baijiu.
